Yes, the app is free to use but only i2i customers with active subscription/s and are registered users in the web platform will be able to log in.
There are no in-app purchases but the access is based on the user’s active subscription to i2i.
An account can be created via the i2i website for users with active subscriptions to i2i.
Yes, you can use the same username and password
The password can only be reset in i2i web. Go to https://eu.i2.saiglobal.com/ then “Forgot Password”. If this does not work, reach out to the customer support team.
