This supplement provides guidance for the certification of forest management to AS 4708-2013. AS 4708-2013 provides forest managers with environmental, economic, social, and cultural criteria and requirements that support the sustainable management of forests. This Standard, formerly known as the Australian Forestry Standard, was first published as an interim Australian Standard in 2003 and a full Australian Standard in 2007. This supplement replaces all three of the previous supplements which covered different types and scales of forest ownership.
