Describes requirements for complete ready-to-wear spectacles with a pair of near-vision lenses, with equal nominal positive spherical power not in excess of 4 D, intended wholly for correcting, remedying or relieving presbyiopia. Not applicable to prescription spectacles, those used for eye protection, or without optical power for use as non-prescription sun glare protectors or for children aged under 16 years.
