This document specifies a test method for the verification of the flash-over voltage of electric detonators. This document does not apply to non-electric, electronic, plain or semi-finished detonators. This document does not apply to surface connectors, detonating cord relays, leading wires, shock tubes, coupling accessories and electronic initiation systems.
