FASC 3196 R La norma fa parte di una serie relativa alle carte isolanti a base di cellulosa per usi elettrici. Il foglio 3 della parte 3 contiene le prescrizioni per le carte crespate, descritte nella tabella 1 della parte 1, relative ai tipi: dura, non assorbente, preparata partendo da carta base a permeabilità bassa o media; soffice e porosa, preparata partendo da carta base ad elevata permeabilità.
