Il foglio 4 della parte 3 contiene le prescrizioni per le carte utilizzate per condensatori elettrolitici, descritte nella tabella 1 della parte 1, relative ai seguenti tipi: carta a fibre lunghe e a fibre corte per separatore assorbente, carta non assorbente.
