This Standard applies to current-limiting closed-fuse fuses with a rated breaking capacity of not less than 6 kA, intended for the protection of power-frequency alternating current circuits with a rated voltage not exceeding 1000 V or of direct current circuits with a rated voltage not exceeding 1500 V.
