This Amendment to EN 60601-2-37 addresses three issues: 1) the technical changes proposed by the National Committees as a result of 4 years of practical use; 2) technical and editorial changes resulting from the Amendment to the General Standard IEC 60601-1:2005 and IEC 60601-1:2005/AMD1:2012 and its collateral standards IEC 60601-1-xx; and 3) technical changes following changes to regulatory references.
