This Standard deals with the safety requirements of donut fryers and electric fryers for commercial use, including those of the pressurized type with a maximum pressure of 50 kPa and a volume pressure product equal to 200 litres, not intended for use in domestic environments and whose nominal voltage is not greater than 250 V for single-phase appliances and not more than 480 V for other appliances.
