This standard derives from a structural revision of the performance standards, CEI EN 61400-12-1 and CEI EN 61400-12-2, and does not introduce technical changes compared to previous editions of these standards, whose sections relating to wind measurements, site calibration measurements, and obstacle and terrain assessment have now been removed from separate standards.
