Provides the requirements for a synthetic rubber resin adhesive that is intended to be used for general packaging purposes, including use with expanded polystyrene, in applications where a temperature range of minus 35 degrees C to 70 degrees C may occur. The adhesive has no resistance to lubricating oils or petroleum based fuels.
