The Hazardous Materials Management Program (HMMP) Report identifies the Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) in the system and that are used for operation and maintenance of the system, and it documents the results of the contractor’s efforts to eliminate or reduce the HAZMAT risk associated with the system, system component, or support item being acquired. It is applicable to the acquisition of systems, system components, and associated support items during the current and future acquisition phases and sustainment.
