Specifies horizontal double-wall steel tanks that are used for the underground storage of flammable and non-flammable water polluting liquids. The outer wall is made of steel, is impermeable, and forms a self-contained tank ('outer tank', for short) the height of which is a function of the inner tank's permissible filling height, i.e. corresponding to 97% of its capacity.
