Diese Europäische Norm gilt für schwimmende Freizeitartikel für den Gebrauch auf und im Wasser der Klasse C nach EN 15649-1, unabhängig davon, ob der Auftrieb durch Aufblasen oder selbst-schwimmende Materialien erzielt wird. Dieses Dokument (EN 15649-5) gilt im Zusammenhang mit EN 15649-1 und EN 15649-2.
