Diese Norm legt die gemeinsamen Anforderungen an elektrische Rechtecksteckverbinder, rückseitig abgedichtet und nicht abgedichtet, mit Plastikgehäuse und Verriegelung, für Betriebstemperaturen von -55 grad C bis 175 grad C fest. Sie ist in Verbindung mit EN 3545-001 anzuwenden.
