This standard is included in DIN Handbook 152. Applies to drain and sewer systems operating essentially under gravity from the point where sewage leaves a building or roof drainage system, or enters a road gully, to its discharge point into a treatment works or receiving water. Includes drains and sewers below buildings if they are not part of the drainage system of that building.
