This standard is included in DIN Handbook KUNSTSTOFFE BAND 1. Defines a procedure for determining the indentation hardness of plastics and ebonite using durometers of two types - A for softer materials and D for harder materials. Allows for measuring either of the initial indentation or of the indentation after a defined period of time, or both.
