Proposes design, construction, manufacturer's tests, and marking requirements for welded LP Gas fuel vessels for automotive installation in accordance with AS/NZS 1425. Applicable materials and capacities are carbon steel up to 500 L and stainless steel up to 200 L. An appendix provides information on tests and fittings for subassemblies to be supplied to an installer. Proposed as a Joint Australian/New Zealand Standard.
