Proposes the adoption of ISO/IEC 10021-5:1996 which specifies the message store abstract-service. This abstract-service is provided by the message store in conjunction with the MTS abstract-service, together with the remote operations service element services. Copies of ISO/IEC 10021-5:1996 can be purchased from or viewed at Standards Australia head office.
