Proposes the adoption of ISO/IEC 8882-3:1995, which specifies a set of abstract tests for the testing of data terminal equipment operating at the packet layer designed to access a public or private packet-switched network conforming to ITU-T Recommendation X.25. The complete test can be purchased from or viewed at the Sydney Information Centre of Standards Australian or at Standards New Zealand. Proposed as a Joint Australian/New Zealand Standard.
