This European Standard specifies a method for the determination of pH value of solutions or dispersions of surface active agents and gives a method for their preparation.The method is applicable to aqueous solutions containing anionic, cationic and non-ionic surface active agents, ampholytic surface active agents and products in solution containing surface active agents.
