A Withdrawn Standard is one, which is removed from sale, and its unique number can no longer be used. The Standard can be withdrawn and not replaced, or it can be withdrawn and replaced by a Standard with a different number.

This Part of EN 603 specifies the mechanical properties of wrought forging stock in aluminium and aluminium alloys for general engineering applications. The chemical composition and temper designations for these alloys are specified in EN 573-3 and EN 515 respectively.
