Introduces amendments to the SOLAS Convention concerning, in part: emergency towing on tankers (chapter II-1) the 2008 IS Code (chapter II-1) protection of vehicle, special category and ro#ro spaces (chapter II-2) passenger ships safety (chapter II-2) the IMSBC Code (chapters II-2, VI and VII) bridge navigational watch alarm system (BNWAS) and electronic chart display and information system (ECDIS) (chapter V) the Casualty Investigation Code (chapter XI-1).
