La présente partie de l'ISO 3937 spécifie les dimensions des mandrins porte-fraise à entraînement par tenons à cone 7/24 ainsi que les dimensions des mandrins porte-fraise à entraînement par tenons à surface de contact élargie. Les dimensions d'interchangeabilité de la portée de fraise sur le mandrin porte-fraise sont conformes à l'ISO 2780. Les dimensions de la vis de retenue utilisée sont spécifiées dans l'ISO 2780. Les cones 7/24 sont conformes à l'ISO 297 pour le changement manuel et conformes à l'ISO 7388-1 pour le changement automatique.
