Gives the quality requirements in cases where a contract requires a supplier to demonstrate a capacity to find and control any non-conformity in any product during final test and inspection. Applies to contracts when a product's conformance to specified requirements can be demonstrated with sufficient confidence as long as a certain supplier's capabilities for tests and inspection on the product supplied can be adequately demonstrated on completion.
