European Standard with EU directives
Defines the requirements for construction, rating methods, testing and certification of wire rope slings. Applicable to single-, two-, three-, four-legged and endless wire rope slings, made from 6- and 8-strand ordinary lay steel wire rope from 8 to 60 mm diameter with ferrule secured eye terminations or spliced eye terminations.
