SR 3581 : ISSUE 2

Issue 1 of this special report gave the initial view of the migration plan and firmly established the need to transition GR-303-CORE, "Integrated Digital Loop Carrier System Generic Requirements, Objectives, and Interface", to a standards-based, TMN-compatible operations environment. Issue 2 documents the current state of the GR-303 stakeholder discussions regarding the migration strategy by identifying the existing agreements as well as open items, and also continues to develop the operations migration strategy that guides GR-303 integrated access system products and their managing systems through the introductory stage and two widespread deployment.
