Defines Bellcore's view of proposed generic requirements for Circuit Access Point Data. It describes the format & content of access point data required in the circuit or facility records for circuits that can be accessed & tested under the control of a Testing Operations System (TOS). These data are passed to the TOS & other systems from the inventory & provisioning system containing the records via a supporting database operations system. The data are used to communicate with & control the systems performing circuit access & testing. The data also support craftpersons who access & test circuits via local interfaces to equipment.
