National Management Association

The NMA is a professional leadership development organization. The Association is a national, not-for-profit organization serving over 22,000 customers nationwide. Members belong to company-based, in-house chapters, or are members of community chapters. An Individual Membership Program is also available. Through the chapter-based experience, NMA provides management and leadership development opportunities to help sponsoring organizations discover, develop, and showcase leadership talent.
