Developed for use by any federal, state or local agency that intends to publish their own drainage policy and procedures manual. Written in generic terms such that the User Agency will only have to add their specific design policies and procedures to the pre-prepared text by changing the design criteria reflecting their own policies, saving the time and research on the design procedures.
