Part I lists mechanism of RF initiation and its avoidance. Part II lists tables of safe distances produced by analytical calculations and field tests. Part III lists data on common RF sources. Statements only apply to commercial electric blasting caps manufactured in the US, to military electric firing devices and are based on analysis and research believed to be accurate.
