Specifies the rules for ACN so that devices with IP addresses not set by DHCP can be used on a network. Device Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) is a very convenient way to assign IP addresses on a network, but there are cases when IP addresses have to be assigned a different way, perhaps manually.
