Specifies requirements for the construction of relocatable magazines for the storage of explosives. These magazines may be either purpose built with suggested maximum capacity of 5000 kg of blasting explosives or freight containers converted into magazines with suggested maximum capacity of 7500 kg of blasting explosives. They are considered to be acceptable for construction sites and capable of being moved anywhere within Australia subject to approval by the regulatory authorities.
