Describes a gravimetric method for determining the loss on ignition and classical and spectrophotometric methods of analysis of aluminosilicate refractory material for the determination of the oxides of silicon, phosphorus, aluminium, iron, titanium, manganese, calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium and lithium.
