It explains and defines the subjects about which incident-related information is collected and discusses the classification of information, methods of collection, processing and coding procedures, and operational guidelines. The requirements of this Standard are the minimal requirements at various levels of implementation for national use but this does not preclude the collection of additional data required by any user organization.
