A guide to the information which should be provided in a proposal to conduct an energy audit, as a precursor to the drawing up of an energy management program. The Standard suggests the work to be done by consultants, in carrying out such audit and is intended to be of use to users of energy throughout a wide range of categories, both in industry and government.
