Specifies the design and performance requirements for two types of portable warning triangle either of which is required to be carried in certain motor vehicles in accordance with the National Road Traffic Code and various State or Territory traffic laws or regulations. The triangles are intended for use as on-road emergency devices to warn other road users of a disabled vehicle which may be a hazard to traffic.
