Specifies requirements for a time reference located on a track halfway between the two audio tracks of a 6.3 mm wide professional twin-track magnetic tape for use at a tape speed of 19 cm/s or 38 cm/s, and for an address code in the form of intentional pauses within a program for the automatic recognition of parts of the program. This Standard is technically equivalent with and has been reproduced from IEC 94-10:1988.
