Applies to cutting edges for dozers and scrapers. It deals primarily with those features which affect directly the interchangeability of the cutting edge on different makes of equipment. It provides both for the common type of edge with a single row of bolt holes for use on dozers and scrapers and for the "drop centre" type with two rows of bolt holes for use on scrapers.
