Applies to electrically operated dry shavers and hair clippers. It shall apply to both domestic and commercial dry shavers and hair clippers, and to any special appliance plug, any flexible cord, any resistance, and any transformer for use with the dry shaver or hair clipper to enable its connection to supply mains.
