Scope of the IWTO Staple Test RegulationsThese Regulations relate to the sampling and testing of staples of greasy wool and to the issue of IWTO Staple Test Certificates and IWTO Combined Staple Test Certificates, and should be read in conjunction with the current versions of the following documents:û Method for Grab Sampling of Greasy Wool From Bales (IWTO-38);û Sub-sampling Staples from Grab Samples (IWTO-7);û Determination of Staple Length and Staple Strength (IWTO-30); andû Arbitration Agreement and Other International Agreements (IWTO Blue Book).
