Specifies the performance requirements for the relays and the parameters whose values are to be declared by the manufacturer. Recommends methods of presenting the characteristics and performance of these relays. Applies to relays designed to detect faults, particularly in a.c. generators, motors and transformers. Does not apply to relays designed for busbar protection or to current differential relays.
