Gives the requirements for floats of 102 mm, 114 mm, 127 mm and 152 mm diameter manufactured from plastics materials for attachment to ball valves specified in BS 1212:Parts 1 and 2. Performance tests are specified for impact, strength and deflection of boss, cold embrittlement and resistance to hot water up to 90°C.
