This British Standard specifies requirements for the design, materials and performance of compression knapsack sprayers used to apply approved pesticides. It applies to sprayers of over 5 l capacity.
NOTE Sprayers of 5 l or less, i.e. garden sprayers, are outside the scope of this standard.
