Gives two methods of test to assess the resistance of a paint film to dry heat, such as is encountered in the engine compartment of a motor vehicle. Suitable for parts used in rocker covers, crankcases, etc, whilst the high temperature test covers paints for exhaust manifolds, hot spot plates, etc.
