Details requirements for hand-operated miniature single and triple pole, trip free circuit breakers having a thermally compensated, inverse time/current overload characteristic for use in nominal 28V d.c. and/or 115V single phase, or 115/200V three phase 400 Hz a.c. systems having the characteristics given in 3G 100 in the range 0.5A to 35A. Excludes single pole circuit breakers used in 200V line-to-line circuits. Shows two case sizes, both with a constant dimension from the mounting panel to the termination screws. Includes marking details, type approval tests, production acceptance tests, quality assurance tests, serviceability tests, driving sand test and fluid contamination tests.
