Italian version of the European Standard CENELEC EN 60439-4, identical to IEC Publication 439-4 (1990) and to be used in conjunction with the standard CEI 17-13/1 (1990), file 1433, the Standard applies to mass-produced equipment assemblies (MAS) designed for use on construction sites, i.e. temporary workplaces to which the public generally does not have access and where construction of buildings, installations, repairs, modifications or demolition of property (buildings) or civil engineering works (public works) or excavation works or other similar operations are carried out.
