This standard defines routine tests for the verification of electrical safety for use during or after manufacture of complete equipment, subassemblies, or components, conforming to IEC 60065, IEC 60950-1, or IEC 62368-1 standards and powered by alternating current or direct current, to detect manufacturing errors and unacceptable tolerances in workmanship and materials.
