This Technical Report describes a flickermeterforobjectivemeasurement of light thatcan be used to perform:
- intrinsic performance tests on all lighting equipment without voltage fluctuations;- immunity performance tests on lighting equipment to disturbances resulting from (unintentional) voltage fluctuations on the AC supply port;- immunity performance tests on lighting equipment to intentional voltage fluctuations on the AC supply port due, for example, to ripple control systems.
