Proposes an industry standard for the engagement of Consultants. It details issues such as, the engagement, the status of the consultant, ownership of intellectual property and documents, the responsibilities and obligations of the Consultant, conflict of interest, confidentiality and publicity, directions by the principal, fee and payment, and settlement of disputes.
